Meiyo 17 takes home yet another award with a silver medal at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Meiyo whisky is distilled in the Kumesen Distillery in Okinawa, Japan. Kumesen has been rising in notoriety and has now established itself as one of the most famous distilleries in Japan. Meiyo was distilled in 2001, and aged in ex bourbon casks for 17 years to produce a level of complexity that is highly praised by whisky connoisseurs all over the world.
